Return Policy

Personalized jewelry is case sensitive, and will be produced exactly as submitted. The personalized items are final sale and not eligible for returns.  We will accept a return on items damaged in shipping within 10 days of the original shipment date. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.

If you have an item damaged in shipping, please call customer service at (888) 201-1867 Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM ET. Customer service will issue you a Return Authorization Code and a Return Shipping Label. Please write this code on a copy of your original shipping invoice, and also on your Return Shipping Label. You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return.
